Prevention of hair lost Some tips i can give.

Do

1. See a professional Hairstylist about your problem go for a hair scan

2. Do regular massages to your hair around spots with poor circulation

3. Eat more things with protein and fibire

Do Not

1.Eat too much Preservative , MSG or oily food

2. Scratch ur hair too hard

3. Sleep too late

I recommend the use of Karatase Specifique, which is only able to get this treatment from saloon which uses Keratase. The whole treatment is around 250 - 300 dollars which will includes a treatment , Shampoo(Bain Prevention) medication(Intervention Antichute A L'Aminexil GL ) and vitamins (activeur7).Well take it as a one time investment, imagine going out with less hair or you exposing a patch of baling spot to everyone on the streets. Don't waste this amount of money, and ur balling will not start young:) Best of luck.

T.T I am still sick

I m having a sore throat , flu and a fever T.T .You see in my school the method they use to teach did't have time for me to be sick. So now before my SIP when i want to rest a little I am Sick. Hai~ how fair it is rite

Its my style will be postpone for publish for awhile cuz i am sick. Next month there will be a new section that i will post its call "The Blink Blinks" featuring celebrities / Products that i would like to talk about. This post will be on Friday to sunday. Wish or pray for me well thanks:)

Hair & U Vol 6 : Hair Lost

Hair lost are caused by:

1. Stress
2. Hormonal changes
3. Heredity
4. Pollution
5. Eating food with preservertive or MSG
6. Heavy/ long hair

Overall: Collagen Stiffening at the root

Each hair is firmly embedded in the scalp where it is supplied with nutrients essential for its growth. When this collagen harfens or stiffens, the root is suffocated and gradually deprived of nessart nutrients. It progressively rises towards the surface of the scalp and falls. Hair fibre becomes finer until hair stops to grow together .I will keep updated on the cure next week.

My Crazy Work Style

Okie wana see how i work my arse of when i am busy, see the pix below how may things i need to use. i was doing work then i realise that how hardcore i can get at times to get things done. Working my arse of for my pre SIP (Student Internship Programme). My Student Internship will start very very soon, yet to tell you which company it is,cuz its confiential. Its my Style Vol5 :Singlets part 1

I have to stress that guys so were singlets are not gay . I guess its normal for guys to wear that so that they feel relax on a very hot day. It is one way of how guys show thier body and sexyness but for those people who don fit it pls pls pls don wear it, it may not fit you and u will be embrassing yourself. It is a compliment to your outfit if you hava a singlet its like a mix and match with different types of jackets and T shirts. You may see some of the examples below. First I would suggest what you guys should wear and should wear if you are wearing a singlet.

Q&A: How much hair lost a day is consider a normal for 1 person: It is normal for someone to drop 30 -50 strends of hair perday but if its alot and more than that, see attention from your hairstylist they may tell u to use some products. Life in KL for 2 days

Haha i have not been to KL for the last 1o over years, KL changed alot from then to now. I have not taken very good photo on my trip, well was not in a photo taking trip. 1 more thingi was that i should have taken more photos of myself with edumund and friends ..Arz i will add more info soon:)

QnA:Is it a must to wash your hair everyday? How many times?: Yes of course you must wash your hair everyday to get rid of the excess oil, dead skin n dust. At a Max onli 2 times a day morning n nite. Some People my like to wash your hair on every alternate day, well i think its time to kick the habit n wash it everyday.

Its my Style : Jackets

Jackets are basicly ment to keep you warm form the cold but singapore isn't a cold country we cannot wear jacket. lolx my foot , sounds famillar rite to those people who ning ke ri si , than yao shuai si. Well to be frank back home our air con in schools or work place may be scary. I would suggest perhaps everyone in SG in invest 1 or 2 due to the climate change in the future....Okie one is for sports another 1 for fashion is enough. Here are some of the jackets which japanese takes them on all the time.

Getting the Wright hairstyle is very important it ranges of what colour is your skin, shape of face, texture length and so on. Many time we envy celebrities for having such great hair and we want this hair , n its possible to do that if u spend sometime at your hair. The only difference is only they get others to do for them, so its time to DIY in styling and maintaining your hair. If you have a great hair cut maintain it is ANOTHER THING, so pls pls spend time on ur hair. See below for example what face shape is suitable for what kinda hair. Have fun

Tip of the Week:
Q: Which is best to use when i wash my hair, hot or cold water?
A: Hot water is best when you use the shampoo to scrub you hair, hence it get the rid of dead cells n stuff, open pores to allow nutrients to enter. Use cold water after conditioning hence close pores so that a nutrient stays :)

Feeling low for CNY

Not Celebrating Chinese New Year this year, something happened in my family so no ang baos for me T.T .... Have been feeling very very low recently ... Hai~ anyways have a happy chinese new year get more ang baos :) oink (oo) !

Hair & U Vol1: Introduction

I remember when i was in Secondary 2 i use to spend $900 on my hair that year, Which includes of hair products and hair cut. Over here on my first post i will give some tips on keeping your hair healthy.First it shall start on with Shampoo, using the correct shampoo is very important because it will turn out to be disaterous if you don't get your self the correct shampoo.A few Example is shown below.

-Results of using bad shampoos-
I would suggest to minimize the use of shampoos bought in super markets, don use 2 or 3 in 1 Shampoo cuz its said to be bad for your hair. Use a conditioner of the shampoo, conditioner is important so that your hair is revitalise and norished. What i can Recommend 2 Brands that i usually use, Kerastase and Loreal Professional. Prices range from 20 - 40 dollars and it can last u for 3 months. Its like 10 dollars per month to maintain ur hair. Consult your hairstylist before geting the correct hair shampoo, because it depend what hair and sclupt u have. Do not change ur shampoo more than 3 times a year .Tell me if u want to get it i got lobang:P

So What happen was that i when back to my secondary School to help out & give out info about TP, So i had a desk in the hall to show about TP and Answer Question about TP. Omgish Kids are getting more and more smart The TOp Student in our school got 5 A1s and 3A2 I was omgish 3 cheers for her:)

There is some reasons that Singapore can't have a fashion industry for 1 reason is that we don have four seasons and another thingi if guys dress up ppl will call you "ah gua", lolx. Well Japan is the fashion capital of Asia and the title of the oriental Paris, so get your inspiration weekly here and i will share some tips here. Oh yeah if you may wander where to get this cloths try Bugis Street(Singapore), there is a wide range that you can match n mix.
